Typical wooden house in the New England region in the United States

Today has been a new transition day in our route on the roads of Canada and the United States.

Behind the Montreal visit, we return to the United States, already in the final stage of the trip, and we go to Boston, crossing the region of New England, in which they are, among other states, Vermont and New Hampshire.

During the road we found the highway cut by an accident, and after a while of waiting, they finally made us take an exit and take a detour of many kilometers, because until 2 hours later we did not link again on this same highway.

En route through the New England region in the United States

This deviation, on the other hand, has allowed us to meet several small, quite isolated populations, which were a reflection of a very rural world dedicated to agriculture and livestock.

The landscapes throughout the Vermont route They have passed through large forests, large leisure spaces and hotels dedicated to mountain sports, where we saw many people, especially young scouts.

Wooden church in the New England region in the United States

Us "We lost" for a really beautiful area, one in which, in autumn, the leaves of the trees of the forests of this region of New England they are dyed with beautiful colors, reddish, yellow, green, ocher, orange ...

The route runs along fast rivers, and under a great sun we could see really very picturesque, small towns, with their church, houses and bridges, all of wood timber, creating a really cozy climate.

Plate dedicated to the US interstate highway network

To the get to Boston, we have headed directly to the hotel and have eaten at the Denny's that was next to it. From the window we saw dozens of little birds drinking water in a puddle near the car.
